Apr. 6th, 2010 03:47 pmApparently we won't use nuclear weapons against a non-nuclear power. Funny, I hadn't realized we ever planned to do that. Don't we consider nuclear weapons as defensive (MAD and all that?). I'd have thought that ruled out a first strike with nuclear munitions.
Of course, we can still use thermobaric bombs on non-nuclear countries. Now able to reach the yield of small nuclear war-heads, thermobaric bombs are much more environmentally friendly.
