Did my duty...

We left work early yesterday to go vote. I'm glad we got there at 4:30pm because we saw later on the news that the line was out of the doors into the cold weather later that night - and they also ran out of ballots so some people had to write their choice on a piece of paper and stuff it in the box!

I voted for Obama. I'm not enthusiastic about either of them frankly, but I do believe he can pull in more independent and cross-over Republican votes. I think she'll polarize the electorate - I can't see many Republicans voting for her. I'm mainly concerned that we get a Democratic president next time, and I'd be able to live with either of them.
